Preparation of the University Teacher for International Academic Mobility

The article describes experience of implementing language-training projects for staff training in Novosibirsk institutions of higher education to participate in the programs of international academic mobility. The author discusses effectiveness and results of the projects, outlines their problem zones and difficulties of implementation. The question of language requirements from foreign organizations to Russian academic staff is raised, as well as development directions and prospects of the language-training projects for university staff members, who are to be involved in international academic mobility.
