This article discusses the main approaches to the development of quality criteria for primary General education.

This article presents the results of a study of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of cognitive universal educational activities for junior schoolchildren, conducted on the basis of Gymnasium №49 of Tyumen. The article substantiates the choice of conditions conducive to the formation of cognitive universal educational activities, the presence and sufficiency of which is investigated empirically.
