Cluster approach in the professional self-determination of a teacher

The article reveals the potential of the cluster approach in the implementation of the ideas of entirety, of integration of the professional self-determination of the teacher in interaction with others. Defines the conditions of implementation of the cluster approach, including the creation of situations goals and values of pedagogical activity; developing the ability to detect meanings, to create own image of the world of the teacher; organization of a dialogue with participants of the cluster alliance; the construction of event space; correction and updating of professional perspectives.
