Designing Professional Development of Teachers in the Municipal Education System

The article reveals the process of development of the methodical service of one of the districts of the Novosibirsk region in terms of mastering the technology of individual designing by the teachers of their development. In order to optimize methodological work at the municipal level, a model was developed, based on the phased development of individual curricula by teachers. The methodical laboratory is the form of activation of this activity. The means of continuous professional development and self-education is a methodical scoreboard. This tool helps organize and control self-education and acquisition of new competencies for all teachers of the district. The author of the article concludes, that the use of the described methodological tools allows teachers to pass all stages of professional mastery.
