Analysis of the Organizational and Pedagogical Conditions for the Formation of Cognitive Universal Educational Activities for Younger Schoolchildren

This article presents the results of a study of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of cognitive universal educational activities for junior schoolchildren, conducted on the basis of Gymnasium №49 of Tyumen. The article substantiates the choice of conditions conducive to the formation of cognitive universal educational activities, the presence and sufficiency of which is investigated empirically. The results of the conducted analysis of teachers' readiness to participate in innovative activities, the role and place of intraschool methodical work in the development of teachers' qualifications, teachers' satisfaction with life activities in the educational institution, and educational results of the students will be used by the authors in developing the model of the educational environment conducive to the formation of cognitive universal educational activities of junior schoolchildren.
