Introduction of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary School Education at Novosibirsk Region: Problems and Decisions

 

The author of the article distinguished four problems of introduction of the federal state educational standard of primary school education at Novosibirsk region according to the work results of the Department of Primary School Education of the Novosibirsk Teacher Upgrading and Retraining Institute. The author describes basal difficulties, proposes the ways to solve them, and shares work results of the Department.
