The System of Evaluation of Professional Development of Pedagogical Employees as a Resource for Their Training

We present our scientific study of the optimization of evaluation system of professional development of pedagogical employees. This article contains the issues of the increasing role of practical orientation and readiness of graduates. We examine the system of evaluation of professional and personal competencies of vocational education teachers. The analysis of optimization of human resources of the educational institution, the systematization and adjustment of previously obtained knowledge are described.
