The article discusses the possibility of development of competitiveness of young specialist, who possess appropriate knowledge, skills and abilities, generated inner world, needs, professional orientation, motifs, which intensify creative activity, developed ideas about the planning. The article analyzes the activity of professional educational institutions on training specialists with application of new pedagogical technologies. Activity of pedagogical collective is investigated from the position of introduction of new educational programs, the dependence of the efficiency of the produced transformations from the willingness of teachers, parents, pupils to show the understanding of the nature of the produced changes, to the implementation of conscious choice and construction of a professional pathway, which define the mechanism of training of sought for specialist by educational institution of secondary vocational education. The significance of the work lies in the possibility of generalization of experience of the teaching staff for the use of other professional educational institutions.
