Internship as an Activity Form of Teacher Training

The article poses the problem of organizational and substantial updating of the system of additional professional education of teachers, the creation of competence models on the basis of educational technologies of the activity type. The authors show the educational potential of the internship, substantiate and highlight its merits as an effective form of implementing additional professional programs, which is especially relevant in the current context of the implementation of the new educational project "National Teacher Growth System" on the path to the modernization of Russian pedagogical education. On the example of the interaction of the northern municipalities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the practice of organizing internships in general schools is described, the content of the practice-oriented (activity) educational module of the continuing education program on the problem of spiritual and moral education of students realized on their basis is described. The materials of the article cover the educational results revealed by the research method and the educational results obtained during the pilot practice testing — acquired by the listeners new professional knowledge and skills among the documented main groups of pedagogical competences (subject, methodological, psychological, pedagogical, communicative). Formation of effective network interaction through the creation of sites of trainee social and pedagogical practices in successful general education organizations is considered by the authors as a prospect of expanding the boundaries of a single intermunicipal educational environment.
