Formation of Readiness of Students of the Direction of Training “International relations” for Intercultural Communication

The formation of the readiness of students of the "International Relations" training direction is a pedagogical process of influencing the development of intellectual, socio-cultural, moral qualities of the individual, the formation of intercultural competence. At the same time, the university becomes an environment in which the conditions for the formation of readiness presented in the article are implemented. Readiness involves the formation and development of integrative personal qualities, a system of knowledge, competencies, personal qualities, as well as a set of qualification characteristics. The relevance of the problem under study is defined in the "National Doctrine of Education until 2025, the Law of the Russian Federation" On Education ", the Federal State Educational Standard in the direction of training" International Relations".The aim of the study is to study the conditions for the formation of readiness: what activities, methods and forms of education should be carried out at the university for students. Studying the discipline "Intercultural Communication", preparing and holding events for foreign students by Russian students in the field of training "International Relations", organizing internships at the Russian Language Center for foreign students, developing assignments for RFL at different levels and in extracurricular activities, conducting classes for foreign students on RFL by Russian students, participation in international events dedicated to the problems of intercultural communication, preparation of final qualification papers for students of the "International Relations" field of study. Research methods: analysis of students' difficulties in communicating with foreign students, representatives of other cultures, questionnaires, design and forecasting method. Readiness, in our opinion, should represent the integrative qualities of the individual, which will be formed and developed in the educational space of the university.
