Theory Concepts of Teaching Foreign Language Communication for SP to Students of Non-Linguistic Universities: Implementation of NovelEducation TechnologiesThis article presents the analysis of the problem changes of the requirements for the level of foreign language training of future specialists at higher school, non-linguistic educational institutions, in the times of uncertainty. The main goal of this research is to show pluses and minuses of the implementation of novel educational technologies as a process of cultivating novices in teaching and learning foreign languages. The methodology and theory concepts of teaching professionally oriented communication at non-linguistic universities are under consideration and implementation in this research. As a result, language portfolio, scripting technology, content-language integrated learning (CLIL),etc are under thorough investigation in line with the current state standards and new trends of the methodology of language education as a system. In sum, the author states that the implementation of the likely innovative educational technologies, language portfolio, scripting technology, etc, is to be under consideration in full.
