Children’s Theater Pedagogy A. A. Bryantseva: to the Theoretical Formulation of the ProblemThe article presents the memories of contemporaries about Alexander Alexandrovich Bryantsev, the first artistic director of the Leningrad Theatre of Young Spectators. A. A. Bryantsev’s personality as a teacher is revealed: in his communication, actions, interaction with colleagues and students. Memories of contemporaries contribute to the fact that novice teachers, teachers and mentors adopt the experience of A. A. Bryantsev in the establishment of correct interpersonal relations (in professional and everyday life). The main qualities and character of the first artistic director of the Theatre of Young Spectators are analyzed for the appearance and development of similar traits in future teachers, educators and mentors. The article traces the special position that true art is pedagogical, and also the pedagogy of personal example is necessary for working with students and pupils. A. A. Bryantsev’s ideas, character and actions can inspire professionals from various fields of knowledge.
