The article presents the memories of contemporaries about Alexander Alexandrovich Bryantsev, the first artistic director of the Leningrad Theatre of Young Spectators. A. A. Bryantsev’s personality as a teacher is revealed: in his communication, actions, interaction with colleagues and students. Memories of contemporaries contribute to the fact that novice teachers, teachers and mentors adopt the experience of A. A. Bryantsev in the establishment of correct interpersonal relations (in professional and everyday life).
