Didactic Basic Principles of Activation of Learning and Cognitive Activity of Students in the Modern Conditions

The article considers approaches, which activate learning and cognitive activity of higher educational institution students, system of didactic tools oriented to cogitative method mastery, mental activity activation. It shows the influence of teaching conditions, pedagogic methods, means for ad:ivation of cognitive activity of students for successful learning of educational professional program in the higher educational institution, competence of a teacher to manage the level of activity of students, designing teaching method and projecting the growth of learning activity and independence of students in the process of theoretical and practical sessions.
