Formation of Professionally Significant Competencies in the Educational Process using the “business game” tool

The article is devoted to the importance of using active teaching methods in the educational process, in particular, the use of business games. Active teaching methods successfully activate cognitive, creative and independent activity in solving a variety of assigned tasks. Active teaching methods are highly interactive. The business game allows you to build the teacher-student interaction and fill it with the shades of the future professional sphere. Federal State Educational Standard (FSES) today requires the use of active and interactive forms in the educational process. Through business games, a teacher can solve an important task inherent in FSES — to teach to learn, to form the competence to obtain Iinformation and immerse in a future profession. The presented article examines the tools which that rely on the creative p thinking of students, to the greatest extent, activate their cognitive activity, make them co-authors of new ideas, teach them to independently make optimal decisions, and contribute to their implementation. The business game is such a basic tool under consideration. Business game within the discipline of Management is a method of imitating decisionmaking by executives in various production situations.  The peculiarity of business games is vitality, it is the ability to simulate real situations in the learning process and 5 translate the educational process into a practical plane. The business game contributes to the instilling of social skills and the formation of correct self-esteem. The analysis of the use of the teaching method-business game in the classroom is presented. It is concluded that this method contributes to the improvement of the educational process and the preparation of specialists for their professional activities in the modern period.
