Educational Motivation as Main Factor of Educational Process Efficacy: Main Motivational Strategies

The article actualizes the problem of reducing the modern student motivation level in the context of the effectiveness of the educational process. In the Federal State Educational Standard, motivation for learning activities is considered both as a condition for achieving planned results, and as one of the personal results of mastering the basic educational program by students. Educational motivation is a complex systemic dynamic process based on the leading human needs. The purpose of the study is to identify, to analyze, and to make a reasonable choice of methodological means for increasing the level of motivation of modern schoolchildren. To activate this process is important both to understand the essence of these needs, and to offer the target motivation strategies for students with varied educational motivation. The author examines the sixteen strategies for customizing the educational process. A number of methodological recommendations for the usage are given. The methodological basis of the research is system-activity and personalityoriented approaches. As a result, the text presents theoretical guidelines and practical examples for solving the target problem of this research. The results of the study will be useful to teachers of different levels of education and parents.
