Training of Advisors of Director for Education and Interaction with Children Public Associations: Moscow Experience

The article presents Moscow's experience in organizing a competition and training of Counselors for the Principal on educational guidance and interaction with children's public associations. The subjects of educational guidance in educational organizations are outlined in the article. The author states a versatility of youth movements and emphasizes the necessity of developing a unified conceptual framework and the information space, coordinating the creation of regional and primary branches, as well as the training of counselors on educational guidance and interaction with children's public associations. The stages of the Moscow Contest of Childhood Navigator 2.0 are outlined, and the directions of competence assessment are presented.
