Current State and Prospects

The purpose of this pilot study is seen as updating and drawing attention to the problems of organizing tutor support for students. The research part includes the presentation of the results of a survey of the current state of the organization of the tutor support process, in the aspect of «tutor — tutor» interaction, an analysis of the presence of problem areas in the organization of the current tutor support of students in the context of the implementation of individual educational trajectories. In conclusion, the argumentation is given in the direction of reassessing and understanding the essence of tutor support, the position and functionality of the tutor itself are clarified, and the need for deconstruction of the pedagogical design of tutor support and the development of a conceptually new support program are determined.
