Topical Issues of Creating Novice Professional Spaces at Higher Educational Institution: English for Specific Purposes CourseThis study substantiates the need to update the information and educational environment of a modern university, in which scientific and methodological support in the format of educational and methodological literature of linguistic direction takes not the last place in solving the problems of integration into the multicultural and multinational regional spaces, that is in the focus of current Scientific Scholarship in several aspects, including organizational and pedagogical. The increased attention to the sought problem defines the purpose of the work in the perspective of development of the model of educational space in the discipline «Foreign language for specific/ professional purposes», allowing to expand the boundaries of professional discourse development of students while learning and mastering the achievements of scientific and technological progress. Materials and methods of the research cover theoretical substantiation and practical understanding of the design of the educational process by means of the author’s teaching aid for the discipline “Foreign language for special/professional purposes”. The results cover the implementation of three priority positions concerning the development of the teaching aid — organizationalpedagogical, content-technological and criterion-evaluation perspectives. Discussion and conclusions. The approbation and implementation of the main provisions of creating a safe communicative environment in the process of mastering foreign language culture by future specialists with the help of the author’s model of training aids leads to the following principal conclusions. One of the most productive approaches to the development of teaching aids for this course is the competence approach within the interdisciplinary paradigm. Second, we state that teaching and learning literature, characterized by the qualitative characteristics discussed in this study, is a link between different types and forms of learning, providing productive interaction, authentic communication between a teacher and students.
