The Federal State Educational Standard of General Education: Changing Teacher’s Professional Discourse

We describe the problem of professional readiness of teachers to implement the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard and to educate children with limited health abilities. Teacher’s professional discourse is presented as a verbal objectification of readiness. In addition, we give research studies of teaching environment helping to change professional discourse of a speech therapist in the process of retraining.
