Modern Primary School: Standardization and Variability

  The article deals with the content and organization of primary education in the conditions of implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard. We relate the necessary regulatory requirements to the results, the process and the conditions of realization of the basic educational programs of primary general education and options for achieving them, implementation and creation. An overview of current research, teaching practice, revealing the variability of possible solutions related to the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard requirements is presented.
