Siberian Fuel-and-Energy Sector Development in West-German Historiography

In the article we focus on the industrial development of Siberian fuel-and-energy sector viewed by the West German authors who worked in the scientific institutions of Ostforschung (East Studies). We make also the assessments of major projects starting with Bratsk hydro-electric power station construction to West Siberian oil-and-gas provinces development.

We present our scientific study of the optimization of evaluation system of professional development of pedagogical employees. This article contains the issues of the increasing role of practical orientation and readiness of graduates. We examine the system of evaluation of professional and personal competencies of vocational education teachers. The analysis of optimization of human resources of the educational institution, the systematization and adjustment of previously obtained knowledge are described.
