The article deals with the issue of creating instructional type educational clusters which use the values of traditional culture and pedagogy. Based on personal experience as well as modern approaches to structure, methodology and institutional environment necessary for creating educational clusters, the article develops the approaches to building value-based educational clusters in the context of general and supplementary educational institutions' cooperation and Federal State Educational Standards of second version.

The relevance of the study is due to the need to conduct speaking clubs in order to create an affective linguistic environment for communication and increase the motivation of students in the English language classes. One of the problems of studying English and other foreign languages is that, despite the acquired knowledge, students can't always use it because they don't have enough speaking practice at class. This entails an inability of many students to maintain conversation on basic conversational topics in many social situations.

The article reveals the importance of language for each culture and the role of devoting a large amount of time to intercultural communication in the lessons of Russian as a foreign language. The emphasis is placed on the connection between the teaching of RCT and intercultural communication, appropriate explanations and conclusions are given. Materials and methods. In this article we propose a solution to the problem of equipping school physics classrooms. Self-made educational equipment was developed by the staff of the Laboratory of School Physical Equipment at the State Lyceum of the Republic of Tyva. The equipment is imitable in the spaces of school workshops, and there is no need in the special options. The proposed equipment is designed for front laboratory work, workshops and presentations in the aspect of general physics: Mechanics, Molecular Physics, Electrodynamics.

The formation of the readiness of students of the "International Relations" training direction is a pedagogical process of influencing the development of intellectual, socio-cultural, moral qualities of the individual, the formation of intercultural competence. At the same time, the university becomes an environment in which the conditions for the formation of readiness presented in the article are implemented.
