The article presents the description of the practice of individualizing the education of primary schoolchildren with disabilities through the tutor support. While these students are simultaneously mastering various options of adapted educational programs in an inclusive primary school, the tutor, as a support specialist, is characterized by difficulties in determining the priorities and the criteria for assessing the effectiveness of his professional activities.

The article examines the educational concepts of the outstanding ancient Roman rhetorician and teacher Mark Fabius Quintilian, which were formed by the first century AD. Their knowledge is necessary, firstly, to understand how the formation of philosophical and pedagogical thought took place in Ancient Rome; secondly, to find out which educational concepts the teacher Mark Fabius Quintilian borrowed from his predecessors, that include the Ancient Greek philosophy of education, and which he introduced into ancient Roman pedagogy himself.

The article presents the memories of contemporaries about Alexander Alexandrovich Bryantsev, the first artistic director of the Leningrad Theatre of Young Spectators. A. A. Bryantsev’s personality as a teacher is revealed: in his communication, actions, interaction with colleagues and students. Memories of contemporaries contribute to the fact that novice teachers, teachers and mentors adopt the experience of A. A. Bryantsev in the establishment of correct interpersonal relations (in professional and everyday life).
